Sales Manager – Real Estate (High-Rise Residential Projects)

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives and senior advisors.
Oversee the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
Strategize and implement plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and channel partner teams for smooth sales operations.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and pricing strategies.
Ensure strong customer relationships and post-sales support.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience
in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
Hands-on experience in
high-rise residential project sales
(mandatory).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of real estate sales strategies, buyer behavior, and market trends.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Self-motivated and results-driven professional.
