Job Description: As the Territory Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations within your assigned territory. This role requires a proven sales leader with a deep understanding of the power tools industry. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales activities within your territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and increase market share for the company’s product offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to foster long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to assess the team’s progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Analyze sales data and market performance to report on territory performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Ensure product knowledge and industry best practices are consistently applied by the sales team. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a reputed power tools company or related industry. Proven track record of successfully managing sales in a specific geographic territory. Strong knowledge of the power tools market, industry trends, and customer needs. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
