More at https://www.waltr.in About Role We are looking for an ambitious and high-energy sales manager, to lead and support the sales and marketing team and implement sales tactics to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets. Roles and Responsibilities Sell Waltr Products (internet-connected devices for water management) to residential apartments and commercial buildings Meet prospective customers, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasize product features and benefits Generate leads, attend pre-fixed meetings and network with existing customers to create a pipeline for sales Follow-Up after the presentation, prospect visits, negotiate pricing and ensure closures Ensure payment collections from existing and new customers Developing a comprehensive and aligned strategic plan for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales Identifying product improvements or new product requirements as per current industry trends, market activities, and competitors Skills Requirement Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel extensively intracity and sometimes intercity Should have a sense of ownership to complete projects independently Good Time management and presentation skills Valid Driving License with own vehicle Qualification Any Graduation, MBA preferred Benefits Medical and Accidental Insurance, Travel Expense Reimbursement, Provident Fund.
