About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team of inside sales executives. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can track team performance, provide targeted coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture. You will be a key player in ensuring the team meets and exceeds ambitious sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Track team performance and implement coaching interventions where needed.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Create a performance-driven culture and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pitching, negotiation, and closures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: A Graduate degree is the minimum qualification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in EdTech sales and 1-3 years of team handling experience.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are a must.
  • Work Environment: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a willingness to work from our Gurgaon office.
