Getting new clients on board 2. *Printing Industry Knowledge*: Basic understanding of the printing industry, including types of printing services, paper stocks, and finishing options. 3. *Customer Service*: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. *Communication*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales team, and production staff. 5. *Microsoft Office*: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. 6. *Understanding of printing processes*: Familiarity with various offset printing processes 7. *Knowledge of paper stocks and materials*: Understanding of different paper stocks, finishes, and materials used in printing. 8. *Familiarity with industry-specific terminology*: Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and acronyms used in the printing industry.
