Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of two-wheeler dealerships to achieve targets. Develop and execute strategies for business development, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with customers. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to vehicle delivery, financing, and after-sales services. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy. Desired Candidate Profile 4-5 years of experience in automobile industry or similar field (preferably in two-wheeler sales). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Automobile from a recognized institution (or equivalent). M.Tech degree in Automobile from a recognized institution (or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
