Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Showcase residential properties to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated with market trends and provide expert advice to clients.
Ensure proper follow-up and client servicing throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

1 - 6 years of experience required in
Real Estate Sales
of residential property is mandatory.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and client-focused.
Candidates with their own vehicle will be mandatory.
Should be able to join within
15 days or less
