Job Description

Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities


Traditional Marketing & Local Outreach

  • Design and execute comprehensive offline campaigns including

    print ads, hoardings, society activations, site branding, BTL promotions

    , and

    real estate expos

    .
  • Identify

    high-impact hoarding locations

    and lead-catchment areas across Gurugram /New Delhi based on local demographics and traffic patterns.
  • Oversee development and distribution of marketing collaterals like

    brochures, flyers, project standees

    , and branding kits.
  • Organize project launch events, customer walkthroughs, broker meetings, and on-ground promotional drives.


Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with digital marketing agencies to plan and monitor campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, emailers

    , and project websites.
  • Ensure alignment between digital creatives and offline campaigns for cohesive messaging.
  • Review performance dashboards (leads, CTR, engagement, CPL) and guide digital agencies with on-ground insights for improved targeting.
  • Provide offline input for retargeting, geo-targeted ads, and content personalization.


Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and implement lead generation campaigns through both traditional and digital channels.
  • Coordinate with the CRM and Sales teams to track lead flow, quality, and conversion rates.
  • Support loyalty and referral programs through coordinated marketing.


Agency & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with creative, digital, outdoor media, and event agencies for campaign rollouts.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing plans within approved budgets.
  • Build strong relationships with local vendors, media houses, and promotion partners.


Market Research & Competitive Insights

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor tracking to identify emerging trends and positioning strategies.
  • Analyze performance data to improve future campaigns and channel allocation.


Team Leadership & Budget Oversight

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, assign tasks, and set clear goals.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget across traditional and digital mediums.
  • Report key performance metrics and campaign insights to senior management.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in

    Modern real estate marketing

    .
  • Solid knowledge of Gurugram/New Delhi geography, real estate micro-markets, and target buyer zones.
  • Working knowledge of

    digital platforms

    (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, website performance, CRM tools).
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.


Preferred

  • Experience in marketing of

    luxury

    residential projects

    .
  • Strong local media and outdoor agency network.
  • Proficiency in English required for better regional communication.
