About Us

Raj Rox Production is a creative video + digital marketing studio in Vaishali, Jaipur. We produce promotional videos, brand films, social media reels, and full marketing campaigns for businesses of all sizes. We are growing fast, and looking for a go-getting sales executive to join our journey and bring new clients in Jaipur and nearby areas.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source new business leads (B2B) — local businesses, SMEs, startups, restaurants, real estate, education, hospitality, etc.
• Conduct outreach (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email) and book meetings/pitches.
• Present our video/creative packages and close deals.
• Collaborate with production / creative team to scope projects, prepare quotes, and deliverables.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM; follow through to invoicing & collection.
• Attend local events, networking, partner with agencies / referral sources.
• Upsell existing clients when possible.

Qualifications / Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of B2B sales / business development experience (preferred in creative, marketing, agency, or services)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Confident with cold outreach, negotiation, objection handling
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, able to work independently
• Must have a smartphone + two-wheeler / local mobility
• Local knowledge of Jaipur / Vaishali area is a plus

Compensation & Incentives

• Base salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month (depending on experience)
• Commission: 8% – 12% on closed deals (higher for big projects or first few months)
• Performance bonuses / quarterly incentives
• Travel / mobile allowance
• Growth path: Senior BD, Team Lead, etc.
