Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Greater Rajkot Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team to meet targets, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports for senior management. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales strategies, and report on performance metrics
Experience in the water treatment, packaging, or manufacturing industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Results-driven mindset with expertise in target achievement
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
