Job Description

URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR ONE OF THE LEADING MANUFACTURER OF MASTERBATCH COMPAN.

Designation - Sales Executive/ Sales Manager

Location Options:

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable masterbatch solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, samples, and quotations.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, R&D, Logistics) to ensure timely deliveries and services.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and update CRM/records regularly.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate, preferably from CIPET/ Science/ BTech
210 years of experience in sales (masterbatch, plastics, polymer, or chemical industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Knowledge of regional market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
