Job Summary:

PRATUSH WEB INFOTECH PVT LTD is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and mentoring the sales team to drive revenue growth in the IT and digital marketing services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and expand the customer base.
• Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Handle high-level client meetings and negotiations.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Train and mentor junior sales executives, ensuring continuous improvement in skills and performance.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s services including web development, SEO, digital marketing, and other IT solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, lead tracking, and conversion using CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a relevant leadership role in the IT/Digital sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.

Pay: ₹11,759.63 - ₹30,005.58 per month
