Role Description

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.

• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

• Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures.

• Strong selling skills and experience.

• Handling Chanel Partner.

• Maintain updated records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools

• Prepare and submit regular reports to management on targets, conversions, and feedback.

• Assist clients with legal documentation (sale agreements, registration, loan processing)

• Handling team, high end project Independently.

• Conduct regular sales meetings and training to motivate and educate the sales team.

• Provide effective after sales services & care to the customers thereby maximizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and leadership
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in performing market research and identifying opportunities
• Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry
