Our manufacturing division operates India's first acrylamide plant and also produces polyacrylamides, n-methylol acrylamide, and specialty organic chemicals. Our distribution division is engaged in the import, distribution, and export of a wide range of specialty and performance chemicals. Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and knowledgeable Sales Manager – Polymers and Additives to drive the sales and business development of specialty polymers such as liquid crystal polymers (LCP), polyether sulfone (PES), ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate (E-GMA) copolymers, and polymer additives (e.g., antioxidants). This role involves identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships across industries, and ensuring a sustainable revenue stream through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and manage sales strategies for engineering polymers including LCP, PES, E-GMA, copolymers, and polymer additives β€’ Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients β€’ Conduct market research to track industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities β€’ Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management β€’ Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals β€’ Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management β€’ Perform additional duties as needed Required Experience and Qualifications: β€’ Degree in Polymer / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering (any level) β€’ Minimum 3 years of experience in handling similar engineering polymers (LCP, PES, E-GMA copolymers), engineering plastics, and polymer additives β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment β€’ Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) β€’ Proficient in English Preferred Skills and Qualifications: β€’ Experience in handling polymer formulations β€’ Experience interacting with foreign clients / principals Travel Requirement: Moderate travel (25-50%) Compensation and Benefits: β€’ Competitive salary commensurate with experience β€’ Paid time off and professional development opportunities How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume to talent@texbrex.com by June 30, 2025.
