Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and provide regular reporting to senior management Identify new market opportunities and oversee the acquisition of new clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives Conduct training and performance evaluations for the sales team Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus Proven track record of success as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to analyze data and use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications:Industry-specific sales experience Experience managing remote or hybrid teams Familiarity with digital sales channels
