Key Responsibilities Generate and convert B2B and B2C leads (dealers, builders, architects, direct clients). Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. Explain OKOS solutions in clear, simple language to decision-makers and end-users. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals confidently. Meet monthly sales targets with smart planning and execution. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth installations and after-sales support. Stay updated on competitor offerings and suggest strategies to stay ahead. Requirements Excellent conversational skills – ability to explain and convince. Smart, energetic, and confident personality with a problem-solving attitude. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to handle objections tactfully. Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in electronics, automation, or consumer tech). Comfort with using CRM tools, Excel, and online lead management.
