We are hiring a Technical Executive to support our smart home automation products. The role involves handling product installation, troubleshooting, customer support, and coordination with the sales and warehouse teams. If you have a technical background and enjoy working with IoT or electronic devices, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure smart devices (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, switches, locks, sensors, etc.) at customer sites Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting (onsite & remote) Assist in testing and quality check of incoming stock Coordinate with sales, support, and warehouse teams for smooth operations Maintain service logs and installation reports Educate clients on product usage and app controls Identify and escalate complex issues to technical leads Skills Required: Knowledge of basic electronics, networking, and smart devices Hands-on experience with installation tools and wiring Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues independently Good communication and customer interaction skills Comfortable with using mobile apps and software platforms Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field Minimum 1 year of technical fieldwork or installation experience (Smart Home/IoT preferred) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Field visits as per project needs Perks & Benefits: On-time salary + travel allowance Exposure to latest smart home technology Growth opportunities into senior tech or project coordination roles
