Job Description

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges.

Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demos of Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).

Assist in crafting solution proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical content.

Design end-to-end Microsoft solution architectures tailored to customer environments.

Provide technical validation and address customer queries related to product capabilities, integrations, and deployment.

Liaise with Microsoft account teams and partners for joint engagements and solution alignment.

Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot deployments to showcase product value.

Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, licensing models, and market trends.

Support sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics CRM).
