Technical Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure you wear full PPE gear at all times during your working hours.
• Regularly inspect all areas of the floor to verify that all equipment is operational and functioning correctly.
• Monitor and document the floor's air conditioning temperature, adhering to the set standards.
• Monitor and document the air conditioning temperature in critical areas, including the Datacentre, Hub, Mux, UPS, and Battery Room, adhering to the set standards.
• Monitor and document energy usage on a daily shift basis to track consumption patterns.
• Prevent system breakdowns by regularly inspecting and replacing old wiring, Breakers, lights, Switches, Grid tiles etc. and cleaning the all equipment's.
• Perform scheduled internal PM activities on a 52-week cycle.
• Coordinate with the vendor on AMC services and other repair works as per the scheduled plan.
• Install new lighting and power systems, including temporary electrical systems for special events.
• Respond to breakdowns, identify faults, and resolve issues with minimal downtime to maintain production continuity.
• Regularly inspect, maintain, and operate MEP systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in internal and external training sessions.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the manager.
• Initiate an energy-saving project.
• Focus on resolving critical issues (snag points) in a timely manner.
• Regularly maintain and verify assets on a monthly basis.
• Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company policies to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• It is essential to submit the daily work log report on time, every shift.
• Ensure that all pending work is cascaded to the next shift person without fail.
• Be punctual and report to the office at the start of your designated shift.
