Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team and managing the complete sales cycle for our CRM software from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale client follow-ups. This role ensures excellent client satisfaction, smooth project execution, and timely payment collection while driving the team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Ensure and oversee the entire client handling process from lead generation and initial contact to deal closure, providing a smooth and satisfactory experience for every client.
Supervise and guide all sales team members to help them achieve their individual and overall sales goals.
Ensure client follow-up and attend all site visits post-sale for smooth coordination and satisfaction.
Follow up with clients and personally attend all site visits until completion, using company-provided transport and allowances, to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage the CRM pipeline by tracking all potential clients and updating their status regularly.
Coordinate with clients for payment collection to ensure timely receipt as per company policies.
Report to senior management after all client meetings, covering every client.
