Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the Force Motors dealership, ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. This role involves managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and executing effective sales strategies to promote Force Motors commercial and passenger vehicles.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Develop monthly and yearly sales plans for the dealership.
  • Ensure the sales team achieves individual and overall targets.
  • Track daily enquiries, bookings, and retail performance.

2. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and guide sales executives.
  • Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews, and product training sessions.
  • Motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer service and sales performance.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, local businesses, and walk-in customers.
  • Ensure smooth handling of customer queries, test drives, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and reduce sales-related complaints.

4. Marketing & Business Development

  • Identify potential markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities, loan mela campaigns, and field visits.
  • Collaborate with banks/financiers for finance tie-ups and approvals.

5. Dealer Operations

  • Coordinate with CRM, service, and accounts departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Manage stock availability, ageing inventory, and vehicle dispatch coordination.
  • Submit sales reports, competitor analysis, and MIS data to management.

6. Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure adherence to Force Motors sales process and dealership SOPs.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy for bookings, delivery, and DMS entries.
  • Ensure showroom discipline, display standards, and brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Minimum 1- 3 years of automobile sales experience,
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Good understanding of commercial vehicle market and fleet customer requirements.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS, CRM software).
