Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, and FORCE MOTORS vehicles and services. This role involves direct interaction with potential buyers and requires good communication and convincing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and promote FORCE MOTORS VEHICLES
• Explain features, specifications, and finance/EMI options
• Generate leads and follow up to convert into sales
• Distribute brochures, leaflets, and conduct door-to-door campaigns
• Coordinate with the showroom sales team for vehicle delivery
• Meet daily/weekly targets and report to the sales manager
• Maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• 10th/12th pass or any degree (preferred)
• 0–2 years of field sales experience (Fresher can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel and meet new people
• Target-oriented mindset
