Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold call, and generate leads to

    open new accounts

    in the defined territory.
  • Leverage an existing

    network of senior decision-makers and C-level executives

    to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Deliver impactful

    product demos, presentations, and proposals

    to CXOs and business leaders.
  • Manage the complete

    sales cycle

    from lead generation to closure.
  • Build and maintain a

    healthy sales pipeline

    ; forecast, track, and report performance accurately.
  • Stay updated on

    market trends, competitor landscape, and evolving client needs

    to position offerings effectively.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience

    in B2B software/services sales within

    SaaS, Compliance, HRMS, Payroll, or IT solutions

    .
  • Proven track record as a

    hunter

    , consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong

    network and connects with CXOs and senior executives

    across corporates.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    to influence decision-makers.

  • Deep understanding of the local market/territory (Delhi or Mumbai)

    with the ability to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in

    fast-paced, target-driven environments
