Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead in-store sales, manage the sales team, handle premium clients, and ensure smooth customer experiences. The right person is energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about ethnic fashion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage in-store sales activities, achieving daily and monthly targets Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team for excellent performance Handle high-value walk-in clients, including bridal and custom orders Track and improve conversion rates, upselling and cross-selling strategies Manage customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sale service Coordinate with the tailoring/stitching and stock teams to ensure timely deliveries Keep showroom displays attractive and well-stocked Collect customer feedback to improve service quality Report sales performance and customer insights to management Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or store management (fashion or bridalwear preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Punjabi + Hindi essential, English preferred) Leadership skills to manage a team of 4–10 staff members Good understanding of premium customer service Comfortable using basic tech tools like WhatsApp, Instagram, and POS systems Minimum education: Graduate (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates) Why Join Fanostyle? ✔ Fast-growing fashion brand with national and global ambitions ✔ Friendly, creative, and energetic work environment ✔ Opportunity to grow into Area or Regional Sales Manager ✔ Attractive incentives and recognition for top performers
