Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and achieving revenue goals. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, including setting and achieving targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Experience in the steel industry or manufacturing sector is an advantage
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
