Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement. Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews. Collaborate with marketing and project teams to generate qualified leads. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance brand trust and referrals. Identify new market opportunities and innovative approaches to increase conversion rates. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and action plans for management review. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 710 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role — preferably in construction or residential home building . Proven track record of achieving or surpassing large-scale revenue targets. Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
