Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, leading a team of sales executives, and achieving sales targets in the real estate sector. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients (investors, homebuyers, corporate clients).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and real estate agents.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, property showings, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers are eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Real estate license or certification (as per regional requirements).
  • Experience in residential/commercial/luxury property sales (customize as needed).
  • Network of industry contacts and local market knowledge.
