Job Summary


Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new

    wholesalers and retailers

    for mobile accessories across Maharashtra.
  • Generate consistent sales revenue through an existing network and newly developed business partnerships.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

2. Channel Management

  • Develop strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers to ensure ongoing business growth.
  • Monitor channel performance and ensure smooth product flow within the distribution network.
  • Strengthen brand presence and visibility across the state.

3. Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and support the Sales Executive(s) to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide training, direction, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Assist the team in resolving dealer/retailer issues and improving market coverage.

4. Relationship Building

  • Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with business partners and channel stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts for relationship management and business expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product supply, promotions, and support.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and performance reports.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience of

    5–8 years

    in sales within the

    mobile accessories, telecom, or electronics

    industry.
  • Strong and active network of wholesalers and retailers

    in Maharashtra (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
  • Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience onboarding and managing channel partners.
  • Prior experience in handling a sales team/executive.
