Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive market expansion in the Induction WAD segment of the packaging industry.
The ideal candidate will excel in customer acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring seamless coordination for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and increase market share across assigned regions.
Identify, approach, and onboard new customers and distributors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for packaging product development.
Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections and maintain cash flow.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the packaging industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
