Job Description

We are in search of responsible for leading a sales team to meet sales goals through strategic planning, performance management, and training. Key duties include developing sales strategies, setting and tracking targets, hiring and coaching team members, analyzing market trends, and managing customer relationships. They also oversee the day-to-day sales operations, manage budgets, and report on performance. Key responsibilities Team leadership: Hire, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and develop their skills. Strategic planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and plans to expand into new markets or territories. Performance management: Set sales goals and quotas, monitor performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Operations and reporting: Oversee the sales process, manage budgets, prepare sales forecasts, and generate reports on sales activity and performance. Client and market management: Manage key customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and stay informed about market trends and new business opportunities. Qualifications and skills Experience: Proven experience in a sales leadership role. Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential. Tools: Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools is often required.
