Job Description

We are a leading men’s ethnic wear brand catering to premium domestic and international markets. Our range includes kurtas, bandhgalas, jackets, and accessories designed for weddings, festive occasions, and cultural celebrations. We are expanding our B2B network to reach top retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across India and overseas.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager (B2B) will be responsible for driving bulk business sales by building and nurturing relationships with retail chains, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), wholesalers, and international buyers. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a proven track record in apparel B2B sales, and an understanding of ethnic fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international buyers.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Attend and represent the brand at trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients.
  • Coordinate with the design & production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and quality standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences in men’s ethnic wear.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience in apparel/fashion, preferably in men’s ethnic wear.
  • Strong buyer network in domestic and/or export markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and close high-value deals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and trade events.
  • Knowledge of production timelines, fabrics, and garment construction is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,922.17 - ₹65,556.41 per month
