Job Summary:The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the company's e-commerce operations. This includes managing the online store, digital marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and customer experience to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website, including product listings, content, and user experience.
• Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• Analyze e-commerce data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Manage online sales funnels and conversion rates, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive sales.
• Manage inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key e-commerce partners and vendors.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online sales funnels.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using e-commerce analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Indian e-commerce market and consumer behavior is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,558.92 - ₹61,420.91 per month
