Responsibilities: -
1 ) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
2 ) Personally handle high-stakes negotiations with key clients and strategic partners to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
4) Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and concerns effectively.
5) Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Qualification: -
1 Experience in sales management, Interior Design, and Real Estate will be an added advantage.
2 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3 Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
4 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
