Job Description

Reporting To:

Drive sales for residential high-rise projects, manage clients, lead team, and achieve targets.

Job Summary:

Sr. Sales Executive / Asst Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers at project sites with professionalism, understanding their real estate needs and providing appropriate guidance.
  • Communicate all project-related information, including pricing, specifications, layout options, payment schedules, legal clearances, RERA approvals, and construction updates.
  • Conduct personalised and persuasive site visits to give prospective buyers a complete view of the project.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the assigned projects and maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions, inquiries, walk-ins, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Generate new leads through referrals, local networking, and site-level promotions.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure continued interest and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the corporate sales team to ensure smooth coordination on documentation, unit blocking, and booking formalities.
  • Assist in organising promotional events or open houses to drive footfall and engagement.
  • Provide post-visit support to clients and maintain long-term relationships for future opportunities or referrals.
  • Prepare and present daily and weekly reports on site activity, leads, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.

  • Minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable property solutions.
  • Fluency in local languages (Telugu, Hindi) and basic English is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and surrounding areas is a plus.
  • Must be male, as the role involves extensive on-site presence and fieldwork.
  • Should be willing to work from the assigned project location full-time.
