Role Description

This is a full-time on-site or remote based role located in Gandhidham for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing business plans, identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet business objectives and maintain high service standards while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Thorough understanding of market trends, business development, and client relationship management
• Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies and manage teams to achieve goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Relevant experience in sectors like petroleum, construction materials, or infrastructure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
