Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Sales Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and guiding the sales team, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills to effectively close business deals and meet revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
• Expertise in business development, relationship building, and understanding customer requirements.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and execution for achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of the aviation, drone, AI, or robotics industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
