We are now looking for a *Sales Manager – KPO Services* to lead business development and drive revenue growth.

### *Key Responsibilities*
* Identify and generate new business opportunities in *Europe, US, and GCC* markets.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through *cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events*.
* Pitch KPO services (research, analytics, data management, reporting, etc.) to *CXOs, Heads of Operations, Procurement Leaders, and Business Unit Heads*.
* Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
* Close contracts and achieve sales targets with a *consultative, solution-oriented approach*.
* Develop long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
* Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

### *Requirements*
* *3–7 years of experience* in *sales/business development* for KPO, BPO, IT services, or outsourcing.
* Strong network with decision-makers in industries like *banking, consulting, pharma, financial services, and corporates* (preferred).
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent *communication and presentation skills* with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, generate leads, and close deals in international markets.
* Familiarity with *global outsourcing models* and contract structures.
