Technical Lead, SCADA

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SCADA team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of SCADA systems.
• Ensure SCADA system reliability, performance, and security.
• Develop and implement SCADA system upgrades and enhancements.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate SCADA with other enterprise systems.
• Provide training and support to SCADA users and stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SCADA system management or a related role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of SCADA architecture and industrial control systems.
• Experience with SCADA software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,093,098.47 - ₹5,053,158.19 per year
