Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited (KMPL), a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, has been a prominent player in India's car finance sector since 1996. It offers financing for new and pre-owned passenger cars, two-wheelers, and wholesale dealership financing. KMPL also provides Loan Against Property services for both commercial and residential properties. With 134 branches present across 24 states in India, its operations are further supported by an extensive network of marketing associates and agencies. KMPL holds preferred financier relationships with various automobile manufacturers, strengthening its presence in the market.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, driving sales for car financing, two-wheeler loans, and other financial products. This role involves managing relationships with dealerships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring the sales team, preparing sales strategies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, dealership management, and business development
Strong interpersonal and networking skills for client and partner relationship management
Proficiency in financial products including auto loans, two-wheeler loans, and Loan Against Property
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate sales teams
Solid organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of the financial services sector, particularly automobile finance, is a plus
Graduation in a related field; advanced qualifications or MBA is preferred
