1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the factory’s production capacity and business goals.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities. 2. Sales Target Achievement: Set sales targets for the team and ensure targets are met or exceeded.Monitor and track sales performance regularly. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.Motivate and guide sales staff to improve performance. 5. Coordination with Production: Coordinate closely with the production team to align supply with demand.Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. 6. Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers.Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and profitability goals. 7. Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead in the industry.Prepare and present sales reports to upper management. 8. Budget Management: Manage sales department budgets, including forecasting and resource allocation.Ensure cost-effective operations within the sales unit. 9. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.Oversee proper documentation of sales activities, contracts, and communications. 10. Customer Feedback and Product Improvement: Gather customer feedback to inform product development and quality improvements.Work with R&D and production teams to refine products based on market needs.
