Job Title: Sales Manager – IT Hardware & Refurbished Products

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years in IT Hardware / Refurbished / Reselling Industry
CTC: ₹8-9 LPA (Fixed + Variable Incentives + Allowances)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B and B2C sales of refurbished IT hardware including Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Workstations, and related peripherals. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, client handling experience, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent negotiation, market development, and strategic planning skills to expand our market presence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Generate new business and manage existing accounts across corporate, SMBs, institutions, and channel partners.
  • Promote refurbished IT products and manage pricing, quotations, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with procurement/refurbishing teams for stock planning and timely order fulfillment.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team (if applicable) and maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in IT Hardware & Refurbished product sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Laptop/Desktop/Server configurations and peripherals.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking ability.
  • Ability to meet sales targets under deadlines.
  • Good understanding of market pricing, IT brands (Dell/HP/Lenovo, etc.), and component trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or Marketing (preferred).
  • Certification or technical exposure in IT hardware is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
