Sales Manager - Institutional Sales - Housing

The Sales Manager position is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to drive lead generation and conversion for housing loans. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing below the line (BTL) activities at Tata & other corporates. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team, ensuring effective follow-ups for maximum conversions, and demonstrating strong leadership and relationship management skills. An understanding of Housing Loan products is essential for this role. Your main objectives will be to develop and implement a sales strategy to generate high-quality housing leads from BTL activities, drive Home Loan/Equity sales through strategic follow-ups, and achieve monthly sales targets. You will also need to coordinate with internal and external teams, recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives, and maintain reports on lead conversion, sales performance, and team productivity. Additionally, you will be required to monitor competition and market trends to refine sales strategies, develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance referrals and repeat business, and prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations for Synergy SPOC's and its Connectors. Representing Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd. at industry/corporate events to build brand presence and generate leads will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Graduation/Masters/Postgraduation qualification.,
