Job Description

Lead, inspire, and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Team Leads to consistently crush sales targets.
Own the lead conversion funnel turning inbound interest into loyal customers.
Design and execute short- and long-term sales strategies that directly impact our bottom line.
Be the coach your team looks up to holding 1:1s, driving performance reviews, and helping them level up.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align sales goals with company vision.
Bring data to life track metrics, identify trends, and steer the ship using real-time insights.
Stay ahead of the curve on market trends, tech solutions, and the ever-evolving sales landscape.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports, offering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What Were Looking For:

8+ years of experience in Inside Sales and Account Management.
Hands-on expertise in the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Strong background managing inbound sales or outbound sales teams.
Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales goals.
Solid knowledge of IT products/services especially SaaS.
Familiarity with CRMs, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
High energy, highly accountable, and deeply customer-focused.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
