Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with key accounts in the industrial enzyme market, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute channel management strategies to optimize distribution efficiency and market coverage across India.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technical and production teams) to address customer needs and drive sales performance.
• Identify market trends and opportunities in the industrial enzyme sector, contributing to business growth plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Background

  : have experience in specialty chemicals or ingredients; prior exposure to enzymes is a significant added advantage.

• Skills

  : Proven expertise in key account management and channel development. Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.

• Industry Knowledge

  : Familiarity with the grain processing industry is an added advantage.

• Education & Technical Background

  : Bachelor or Master’s degree，A technical background (either through education or work experience) is preferred, to support technical discussions with clients.

• Cultural Fit

  : Strong teamwork spirit, ambitious mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in multi-cultural environments is essential, with demonstrated leadership potential.
• Open to frequent travelling up to 50%.
