This remote role will focus on driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and distribution channels within the industrial enzyme sector. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand relationships with key accounts in the industrial enzyme market, ensuring long-term partnerships. Develop and execute channel management strategies to optimize distribution efficiency and market coverage across South Asia. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales support, quality, technical and marketingteams) to address customer needs and drive sales performance. Identify market trends and opportunities in the industrial enzyme sector, contributing to healthy opportunities pipeline. Qualifications & Requirements Professional Background : Strong experience in specialty chemicals or ingredients; prior exposure to enzymes or yeast are significant added advantages. Skills : Proven expertise in key account management and channel development. Experience in data analytics is highly desirable. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the grain processing industry is an added advantage. Education & Technical Background : Bachelor or Master’s degree,technical background (either through education or work experience) is preferred, to support technical discussions externally and internally. Identify and capitalize on regional opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation. 3. Develop go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on in-depth understanding of the industry trend, competitor, market needs, resources and support requirement, etc. 4. Lead and mentor sales managers and technical service managers and cross-functional teams across the region. Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture. Ensure succession planning, capability building, and leadership development. Qualifications: 1. At least BSc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering or any relevant fields with minimum 5 years working experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry. 2. Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry. 3. Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels. 4. Comfortable with multi-cultural and remote working environment, with strong proactiveness to work across functions internally and externally. 5. Solid People leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively drive opportunities and address challenges. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM. 7.
