Key Responsibilities:
1、Comply and implement the company's processes and systems.
2、Revenue delivery: Responsible for the regional sales strategy formulation and implementation, achieve annual sales budget and profit budget.
3、Customer relationship maintenance:
- Organize customer communication meetings, product promotion meetings and other activities to improve customer trust;
- Maintain good communication with customers, handle customer objections and complaints in a timely manner, and improve customer satisfaction.
4、Market dynamics feedback:
- Track the market trends of feed enzyme, competitor strategies and industry policies and regulations, and regularly submit market analysis reports;
- Timely adjust sales strategy according to market changes, and propose product pricing, promotion and channel optimization;
- Collect customer feedback and timely transmit it to R & D and production department to promote product optimization and upgrading.
5、Internal collaboration:
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with marketing, R & D, production, logistics and other departments to ensure efficient and smooth order delivery and customer service;
- responsible for sales data statistics, customer file management and contract execution tracking, to ensure sales process compliance
6、Others: Complete temporary important tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Background
: have experience in enzyme or feed additives; prior exposure to enzymes is a significant added advantage.Skills
: Proven expertise in key account management and channel development. Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.Industry Knowledge
: successfully developing large-scale feed or breeding group customers, with rich customer resources is preferred.Education & Technical Background
: Bachelor or Master’s degree,A technical background (either through education or work experience) is preferred, to support technical discussions with clients.Cultural Fit
: Strong teamwork spirit, ambitious mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in multi-cultural environments is essential, with demonstrated leadership potential.- Open to frequent travelling up to 50%.
