Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding the portfolio of TASC clients by providing customized banking solutions. Your role will involve maintaining high service standards, ensuring compliance, and strengthening relationships with various TASC entities such as Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs, Section 8 companies, Autonomous Bodies, and related entities like Education, Religious, Healthcare Institutes, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and drive business growth through self-acquisition and collaboration with mapped branches/sales teams. - Collaborate with mapped branches/sales teams to enhance TASC business within their portfolios. - Stay updated on the latest regulations relevant to TASC. - Ensure adherence to KYC and due diligence procedures following bank and regulatory guidelines. Monitor transactions to detect and prevent any misuse or non-compliant activities. - Coordinate internally with branches and other sales teams to expand the TASC business within mapped branches. Qualification Required: - Education: - Essential: Graduate - Preferred: MBA/Postgraduate - Work Experience: - Essential: Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, preferably in TASC segment.
