Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
Strong skills in business development and market research
Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills
Strong leadership qualities and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work on-site at the Thane location
