As a full-time on-site Real Estate - Sourcing Manager based in Thane, your primary role will involve identifying and acquiring new real estate opportunities, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The position also entails conducting market research, performing due diligence, and establishing a strong network of industry contacts. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in market research, real estate analysis, and due diligence.
