Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Thane, for a Real Estate - Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential real estate properties, managing vendor relationships, and negotiating purchase agreements. Daily tasks will include market research, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research and property evaluation
• Skills in vendor relationship management and negotiation
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using real estate management tools and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
